About WorkStaff360

WorkStaff360 is a virtual staffing company based in Toronto, Canada, that connects businesses with remote virtual assistants across roles like administration, sales, customer support, marketing, and more.

Service Structure

WorkStaff360 provides dedicated virtual assistants. According to the company’s FAQs, each WorkStaff360 assistant “only works on your tasks during the agreed-upon hours,” meaning your VA isn’t simultaneously juggling other clients during your time (workstaff360.com). You can choose between full-time support (a typical 40 hours/week arrangement) or part-time arrangements, giving some flexibility for your needs. The assistants are available globally and can align with your preferred working hours (they serve clients worldwide, so scheduling is set based on client preference) (workstaff360.com).

WorkStaff360 uses a consultative matching process. It begins with a discovery call where you discuss your business needs, budget, and the type of support you’re looking for. The company then curates a shortlist – “our experts handpick six top-tier VAs” – for you to interview and choose from.

The assistants come pre-vetted and trained: WorkStaff360 says it accepts only the top 2%–5% of applicants and ensures each VA has relevant industry experience and a college degree (workstaff360.com)

In practice, this means WorkStaff360 recruits globally (with assistants primarily in talent-rich, cost-effective markets such as the Philippines and Pakistan (outsourceaccelerator.com) and matches clients with candidates who have background in the client’s industry.

Like many other dedicated staffing companies, they assign an account manager \ success manager to oversee results and make sure things are going well.

Credibility

If you’re going to show reiews on your site - make sure to link to the review source. I dont mean to be rude, but i keep seeing this in so many companies: they show the aggregate rating in an image and then, upon investigation, it’s nothing like that.

At the time of writing, TrustPilot.com shows a rating of 3.3 with only 4 reviews.

TrustPilot

And Google shows this:

Workstaff360 Google My Business

Their website only shows this:

Workstaff360 Website

Let me shout this from the rooftop:

LINK TO YOUR REVIEW PAGES, YOUR GOOGLE BUSINESS LISTING, YOUR TRUSTPILOT, YOUR BBB, AND YOUR CLUTCH PROFILE NEAR REVIEWS.

Now then, for the sake of completeness, I will link their BBB here. They are accredited, so that’s all on the up and up.

Their Clutch.co profile is much better - and they should really be featuring those reviews. I’m guessing they show Google logos on all the reviews due to some plugin constraint. I’m not going to chase them down since they have 21 reviews on Clutch.co, which is good about verifying legitimate reviews.

Pricing

WorkStaff360 is relatively transparent about its pricing on its website. They advertise simple hourly rates for their virtual assistant plans, with no long-term contracts and “no surprises”. The pricing is tiered mainly by the level of assistant (general vs. executive/professional) and whether you need full-time or part-time hours.

Their rates range from $8 an hour to $14 an hour (going from general to specialist). This lines it up with industry standards of aroudn the $2000 per month mark that I’ve been seeing from most players.

They do claim they can save up to 70% vs. the cost of an in-house hire - MyOutDesk has a savings report built against BLS data which is helpful for verifying that. If we check some data points such as Canada vs. United States Wage Data it does not appear that Canadian Salaries are as high as the United States, so I would probably assume that they mean their part time, generalist pricing can save you up to 70%. OR, they are just have a ton of US clients. At the time of writing, it’s unclear where most their clients reside since there are so few reviews.

Key Takeaway

WorkStaff360 is a legitimate company, with some fairly established clients. The presence of a known CEO, a verifiable office, BBB accreditation, and independent customer reviews are all great. That being said, they are still pretty new and the lack of reviews across a few platforms seems to reflect that. Additionally, a lot of the Google results really lean into the heading $8/hr, and to be clear - You are not finding a decent Virtual Assistant for $8.00 an hour. Just keep that in mind.
